These terms govern the use of the iaprogrammer.net website and the applications and games published by iaprogrammer (Jeison Támara).

8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, iaprogrammer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the apps or website. Our total liability shall be limited, where permitted by law, to the amount you paid for the service (for free apps, zero).

Personal data processing is governed by our privacy policy and the mobile apps policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version will be published at this URL with the update date. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence where applicable.
