Mobile Apps Privacy

This policy applies to Android applications and games published by iaprogrammer (Jeison Támara), present and future, unless an app indicates a specific addendum.

2. Data our apps may collect

Depending on the specific app, we may collect or generate:

  • Anonymous user identifier (Firebase anonymous Authentication).
  • Optional name or alias entered by the user (e.g. for rankings).
  • Game or usage data: scores, progress, completed levels, match statistics.
  • Advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID through AdMob).
  • Technical data: device model, operating system, language, app version.
  • Locally stored data on the device (e.g. AsyncStorage: preferences, cached progress, skins, tutorial viewed).

We collect data and share it with service providers (Google Firebase and Google AdMob) as described below. We do not sell your personal data.

  • Game or application operation.
  • Saving progress, scores and rankings.
  • Displaying advertising in free apps.
  • Improving stability, performance and user experience.

4. Third-party services and SDKs

Our apps may use:

  • Google Firebase — Authentication (anonymous session) and Firestore (cloud storage of progress, rankings and statistics).
  • Google AdMob — advertising (banners, interstitials, rewarded videos or other formats depending on the app).

Google may process data as a processor or independent provider. See its policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

5. What we do not do (unless a future addendum states otherwise)

  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not collect precise GPS location in current apps.
  • We do not access contacts, photos, microphone or SMS in current apps.
  • We are not a health app and do not offer financial features (payments, cryptocurrency, etc.) in current apps.

6. Advertising

Free apps may display third-party ads managed by AdMob. Ads may be personalized based on the device advertising identifier and Google settings. You must not click on ads artificially or attempt to manipulate ad revenue.

7. Minors

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us to request deletion.

8. Security

Data transmitted between the app and our services is encrypted in transit via HTTPS/TLS. No system is 100% secure; we apply reasonable measures to protect information.

9. Retention

We retain data while necessary to provide the service, maintain rankings or progress, comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. You may request deletion before those periods (see next section).

10. Data deletion

You may request deletion of your data by writing to contact@iaprogrammer.net and indicating:

  • The app name (e.g. CIRCLE).
  • Your ranking alias, if you know it (optional but helps locate your record).
  • The Android package identifier, if you have it (e.g. com.iaprogrammer.games).

We will process the request within a reasonable timeframe. Some local data on your device can be deleted by uninstalling the app or clearing app data in Android Settings.

11. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (Colombia, GDPR or other applicable laws), you may exercise rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and restriction by contacting us at the address indicated.

12. App-specific policies

Some apps include an addendum with additional detail consistent with Google Play Data safety:
